- Jesse Thompson Added March 16, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to Repco chasing a drive belt but their staff sold me the wrong length of belt, despite all my information being accurate. When I tried to get a refund I was told the belt needed to be in its original packaging – ie the thin strip of paper it came wrapped in. $30 isn't much at face value but considering I've now had to call out another mechanic, this time with the right belt, it was an expensive error – and one their staff were entirely unapologetic about. Such poor showmanship. With refund policies like these, you're better off supporting independents.
