Extremely frustrating since the main value prop. of the service is minimum time investment by the customer. They were forgivable errors, but it was the attitude of the staff, in particular the supervisor guy I dealt with on one occasion, that made it worse.
- Riley Lehmann Added February 16, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Came in to get some A4 prints done and was told to wait around 10 minutes by Ethan for the machine to warm up. I sat just beside the desk where I waited for an hour until I was told that my prints had already been done ages ago, supposedly he didn't see me sitting right there next to the desk. Then after this he informed me that he could not do the binding I wanted, when I have already come in prior and been provided the binding I wanted from other staff. Honestly I usually like your guys service but this time it disappointed me enough to post this.
