  We bought our daughter her first car from Austral 4.5 years ago. The sales team were friendly and professional. We return back to Austral for every scheduled service and found that their service division is excellent. They listen and take seriously every concern we have with our car and have looked after us all these years. Buying a new car is easy...getting care and service after that is more important for us and I'm sure is the same for many others. The whole team at Austral Service has always been fair and honest but above all, they really do care and will go out of their way to do their very best for us. We will certainly purchase our next car from Austral primarily because of their excellent service division. Highly recommended!

  I purchased a Golf Trendline from Will about a week ago and the buying process was fast, fun and rewarding. Will's product knowledge was exceptional and as he owns a Golf himself, he is basically living and breathing the VW brand. Will introduced me to the Business Manager, Kandice and the wonderful service continued. Kandice was able to sort out my finance and have it approved in two days, no questions asked. I normally dread the after sales process and have, in the past, refused to entertain anything but window tinting. Jade however, made the process relaxed and non-threatening! With all the paperwork done and dusted, all I had to do was wait for the car! Less than a week later, I had the keys in my hot little hand! Absolutely love it. Will's communication and attention to detail is first class. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to my continued association with them for servicing.
